Motivation is a short-term realization of achieving a goal which creates a sensation of success. Nowadays lot's of motivation speaker is there to give you life motivation and make you realize of achieving success.
People are aware of all sorts of things to get success because of the internet era because of lot's of the motivational programme is arranged. Then why do all people or the majority of people are not getting success?
Is destiny, luck fate is everything in getting success? Or there is some scope of human beings hard work is there to create his/her own destiny. Those people who are highly successful in there life may/may not wait for someone motivation or motivational speech to achieve success. Not they waited for the right time to come to achieve something.
Even though destiny, fate is there something but without work/action no person can achieve greatness. Why Does human being is called as greatest of all creations of GOD? It's because Human beings are given with a brain whose power is still can't be measured, it's so powerful that human beings are above all creatures in the world and that's why if we compare to the past with the present lot's of things are invented which a logical brain can't think in the past, as people judge themselves in present or past information and get stuck in limited belief so they can't able to achieve greatness and shift there thinking to believe that some people are born to do all great things or born with special talent and rest of us are born to live a average or below average or to live a poor life.
But if people's life is confined to there destiny then no use of called as greatest among all creatures as we also live like animals of limited possibilities. If GOD Has given a destiny/fate/luck like things which we learned here in this world but it is also a big truth that human beings can achieve bigger things in life if he is really willing to get and for that no motivation is required only by thinking or reading the achievements of others and why ur great than others creatures makes you believe that you can also do the impossible if you are willing to
So to achieve success two important things are necessary that is what you want and belief to achieve that. Then accordingly other things come into the front that is clarity, direction, hard work.
